Typhoon Namnadol and Talas are moving through the Pacific Ocean today cuasing all sorts of Havoc noting Talas (15W) is threatening the coast of Japan more and more today as an Omega blocks sets up to the East. Therefore much of this region needs to keep a close eye on this storm, especially the tsunami effected areas where flooding and mudslides are coupled due to poor ground quality.

Also Nanmadol is slamming in to Taiwan today, the potential for mudslides and landslides with this as well are very high due to the steep terrain of the region.  This will all occur prior to it moving towards china where it will continue to bring heavy rain showers.
