Tropical Cyclone Lua & Top End cyclone Development / 14 MAR 2012

Northern Australia remains very active today as the Monsoonal trough brings a very high amount of rainfall to the region.  Tropical Cyclone Lua is currently spinning off of Western Australia, this storm is forecasted to strengthen and then re-curve back south effecting the region around Port Hedland be the end of the week.

A more immediate threat is a Tropical Low moving on shore near Wyndham, this low may remain weak as far as winds but it is expected to bringing an abundance of rain to the region.
