Here’s a brief update on our 3-day forecast for the Philippines. I’ll have a separate update for TS Pakhar later today.
IR Image from NOAA
The infra-red image above shows mostly clear skies for the Philippines, except for some isolated thunderstorms. Fortunately, the forecast for the next few days remains dry and warm. Perfect for travel during the Holy Week.
Forecast Graphic, NOT OFFICIAL!
Not much rain expected for the entire country. However, areas like Northern Luzon, Bicol Region, and Eastern Visayas could still get occasional light rains brought about by the easterlies. The rest of the country will have clear weather although there still remains a small chance for thunderstorms to pop up, especially during the afternoon hours. For the most part, though, no disturbances to worry about in the next few days.
Next 3-Day forecast will be on Wednesday, April 4.
