Areas of Northern Mindanoa are experiencing some heavy rainfall today, PAGASA has already issued a statement saying.
LATEST ADVISORY FROM DOST-PAGASA:
Weather Advisory #1 (10AM 4/16): Cloudy skies w/ widespread rains expected over Agusan Provinces, Surigao Provinces, Compostela Valley, Davao Oriental & Misamis Oriental due to the “Trough of Low Pressure Area”.
Residents in low lying areas & along mountain slopes, particularly mining areas, are advised to be on alert for possible flashfloods & landslides.
The rest of Mindanao will have mostly cloudy skies w/ scattered rainshowers & thunderstorms.
